Practice Schedule:

After Thanksgiving practices begin at 3:30pm. Swimmers
are integrated into the practice session as they arrive from
their various destinations

During school holidays practices are adjusted to mornings as announced.

Christmas 2011-   9:00-11:00AM beginning Wed., Dec. 21-Mon., Jan. 2.

Duane's group 9:00-10:00am

 Senior & junior level swimmers can expect: 2- 2 ½ hour practice daily

Intermediates will practice: 1 ½ hours

Novices: 45 minutes – 1 hour, depending on ability.

Masters, Tri-athlon & Fitness swimmers:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday mornings 4:30am to 6:30am (any time during that time period).

Monday thruThursday evenings 6:30PM till we finish.
