Workouts return to normal "school day" time on Monday, Feb. 27th 3:30PM.
Our stroke/turn technique session was interrupted by the holidays. This will continue for one more week beginning on Monday, Feb. 27th. Please avail yourselves of this valuable instruction time. After this we will be in full training for the long course season and you will be expected to put into practice those things that you have been working on. Your technique or lack thereof can sometime make the difference in qualifying for state or not.
