Home School Swim Club

Fall session - September 15 - November 5, 2008. 

Mondays & Wednesdays – 2:00 to 3:00 p.m.

All practices will be conducted at

Ellendale Country Club Pool

3319 Highway 311, Houma, LA.

The instruction will include basic to advanced stroke technique developing swimming skills for the four competitive strokes. The coaches follow the swimmers’ progress through a system of drills and techniques for ultimate stroke technique development. This aquatic program provides a great source of physical education for the home schooled student.  

Children enrolling in the Home School Swim Club should be able to swim one lap of the pool (25 yards) independently. Private stroke instruction is also available if necessary before joining this program.

Registration fees for the Home School Swim Club are $120. Pre-registration is required.  Enroll early to ensure availability. Space is limited. To register, please call 876-4397, Frank Shepard, Coach/Bayou Barracuda Program Director, to reserve your place in the program. All registration fees are due on the first day of instruction. Checks are made payable to Ellendale Country Club.
